Adopts a modular aluminum alloy upper unit structure with exclusive patented technology (Patent No. ZL2019220213169.3 for carriage and fire truck). It uses an integrated structural framework made of 450mm-wide special high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, which is weld-free and fastened by castings, featuring strong deformation resistance. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, flat and attractive appearance, easy internal space adjustment, high space utilization rate and convenient maintenance. The main circuits are arranged inside the framework profile plates for safe protection and damage prevention. The interior floor is a 3mm-thick aluminum oxide plate, connected to the main framework with imported connecting sealant that has elasticity and high bonding strength. The external tank and pump room are located at the rear of the vehicle. | |||||||
Storage Box | |||||||
The vehicle is equipped with 5 waterproof and dustproof aluminum alloy roller shutters. The roller shutters trigger electromagnetic sensors to automatically turn on/off the LED lights. Flip-down foot pedals are installed under the roller shutters on both sides, with pedal stroke controlled by gas springs. Each pedal is cut from a single piece of special high-strength aluminum alloy profile and assembled with accessories in a weld-free manner, with an anti-skid standing surface. Each pedal can bear a static load of 200kg, facilitating the access of equipment in the storage box. Various types of equipment are scientifically and reasonably placed in the storage box, with firm fixation and convenient access. | |||||||
A climbing ladder to the roof is installed at the rear of the vehicle, enabling firefighters to quickly climb onto the roof. Sliding plates are laid on the roof to ensure the safe walking of personnel on the roof. The standing surfaces of the ladder and pedals are both anti-skid treated. | |||||||
